Every year in Houston, we get a consistent warming through mid to late march before one last surprise cold front.  Just as we start to bring out the shorts and tank tops, we get slammed with 2 days of damp windy cold. It just so happened that Oneka's Birthday Party fell on one of those days. It's funny what a few libations and some good music to dance to can do to the mood.
